The South Hamilton Hawks girls golf team returned to action on Monday, when they made the trip to the Des Moines metro to compete in a Bondurant-Farrar 18-hole tournament at Terrace Hills Golf Course in Altoona. The Hawks were joined by the Bluejays, as well as Woodward-Granger and Panorama.
South Hamilton placed 4th with a team score of 472 (+184), as their top scorer was junior Arynn Luppes, who tied for 7th with a 108 (+36). Junior Abby Richardson was 14th with a 121 (+49), Kaylen Trask was 15th with a 123 (+51), while Ava Corbin rounded out scoring in 16th with a 124 (+52).
South Hamilton girls golf returns to action on Tuesday, when they compete in an 18-hole tournament hosted by West Marshall at Lincoln Valley Golf Course in State Center, beginning at 2 PM.
