Roland-Story boys and girls golf wins BCLUW Co-Ed Tournament

The Roland-Story Norsemen boys and girls golf teams returned to action on Tuesday afternoon, as they competed in the BCLUW Co-Ed Golf Tournament at the Conrad Golf Course. The Norsemen were joined by the host Comets, as well as East Marshall, GMG, Jesup and West Marshall.

Roland-Story would be the meet champions with a team score of 174 (+34), as the winning duo was junior Jake Knoll and senior Brooke Thompson, as the duo shot a 38 (+3). The team of juniors Hayden Janssen and Brinley Carlson would place 5th with a score of 44 (+9), as the team of sophomore Ryan Fisher and junior Hannah Bates shot a 46 (+11), along with seniors Braylen Loots and Isabel Hoskins also shooting a 46 (+11) to round out scoring. The brother-sister duo of Jack and Jenna Birkland also shot a 46 (+11).

Roland-Story boys golf returns to action on Thursday, as they host a 9-hole meet at River Bend Golf Course at 4 PM. Roland-Story girls golf also returns to action on Thursday, when they travel to Jewell Golf and Country Club for a HOIAC tri-meet at 4 PM.
