Roland-Story boys golf wins Greene County 18-hole tournament

The Roland-Story Norsemen boys golf team returned to action on Saturday morning, as they competed in an 18-hole tournament at Jefferson Community Golf Course, hosted by Greene County. The Norsemen were joined by the host Rams, as well as Coon Rapids-Bayard, Grand View Christian, Ogden, South Central Calhoun and Southeast Valley.

Roland-Story would win the tournament with a team score of 337 (+49). Senior Braylen Loots was the tournament runner-up by shooting an 81 (+9), as junior Hayden Eslick finished with an 85 (+13). Junior Jake Knoll would also shoot an 85 (+13), while Ryan Fisher rounded out varsity scoring with an 86 (+14).

Roland-Story boys golf returns to action on Tuesday, when they compete in the BCLUW Co-Ed Tournament at Oakwood Golf Course in Conrad at 4:15 PM.
