Webster City High School to offer Logan Baldwin Memorial Scholarship

The family of Logan Baldwin have announced the plans for a Memorial Scholarship. This will be for $500 for a graduating senior at Webster City High School who will be attending a trade school or community college with a field of study in Agriculture, Auto/Diesel Tech, Electrical,Industrial, Plumbing or Welding.
