There will be a meeting of the Ellsworth City Council set for 6:00 Tuesday evening,March 25th in the Ellsworth City Hall. The council will discuss a proposed school bus sign on Highway 175, a request for the use of the Ellsworth ball field, consider the requests from the Ellsworth ECA group for the use of the park shelter house on August 2nd and for a bingo donation for an upcoming silent auction at an Easter event. The Ellsworth city council will discuss matters between the EJS Police and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department, consider a credit card for the Ellsworth Public Library director, and look at the city budget. In other issues, there will be a public works update and to approve a quote to replace media in water plant sand filters to HydroKlean for $31,960 plus other matters that may come before the Ellsworth City Council on Tuesday.
