Shirley Hillyer, 92, of Webster City died Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Van Diest Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Asbury United Methodist Church, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center of Webster City is in charge of arrangements.
