A meeting of the Wright County Board of Supervisors will be on Monday, March 3 at 9:00 in the downstairs board room at the Wright County Courthouse in Clarion. The board will review and act on the funding request from the Belmond Area Arts Center. There will be an appointment of a Woolstock Township Trustee. The board will take action on a resolution for the compensation schedule for elected officials. The date of April 7, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. for the hearing on the proposed property tax levy for Wright County. A budget amendment hearing for the Wright County Budget for the 2024-25 Fiscal Year will be at 9:30 this Monday morning followed by the adoption of the budget by the supervisors. Wright County Engineer Adam Clemons will share information on the establishment of the integrated roadside vegetation management plan and set the public hearing for the vacating of Youngblood Avenue in Iowa Township between Sections 1 and 2 plus other matters.
