There is no Presidents Day holiday for the Webster City City Council. The next meeting is set for this Monday,February 17th at 6:00 p.m. in the city council chambers. There will be a public hearing for the proposed development agreement with Wilson Estates,LLC to be located on Wall Street. There will be a resolution approving the development agreement with Wilson Estates, LLC, authorizing the annual appropriation tax increment payments and pledging certain tax increment revenues to the payment of the agreement. The city council will hear from Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce director on the annual report for 2024 of the chamber . An agreement with Snyder and Associates to provide professional design services in connection to the Site Certification Process will be discussed by the council plus other matters.
