No injuries in a two vehicle accident in Kamrar Wednesday afternoon.

The Iowa State Patrol investigated an accident Wednesday afternoon shortly before 1:30 p.m. The accident happened at the intersection of Railway Avenue and Hill Street in Kamrar. Reportedly an eastbound 2024 model Ford F550 truck operated by Burton Pigsley of Kamrar was pulling a snowplow when it apparently failed to yield at a stop sign.The Pigsley vehicle accidentally struck the passenger side  of southbound 2022 model Dodge Charger operated by Ashley Wilson also of Kamrar. Both drivers escaped injury in the accident. There was an estimated $500 in damage to the Pigsley truck with the damage to the Wilson car at $38,300. Investigating trooper Bennett Eaton cited Burton Pigsley with Fail to Obey a Stop Sign and Yielding the Right of Way.
