Donna Halliday, 61, of Webster City died Friday, January 17, 2025 at Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation. Per Donna’s request no services will be held at this time. Burial will be in Indiana at the Forest Grove Cemetery near her brother. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is caring for Donna and her family.
