Webster City City Council to meet this Monday evening,January 20th.

Another meeting of the Webster City City Council is set for this Monday evening,January 20 at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers.The meeting will feature a public hearing on a development agreement between the City of Webster City and Kading Properties for the proposed apartment complex on Wall Street. There will be a resolution accepting the permanent and temporary easement agreement from the Owners of Webster City Assisted Living Onwer, LLC, a Delaware Liability Company. A resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase an Elgin RegenX Street Sweeper via Sourcewell from MacQueen in the amount of $413,318 will be discussed by the council. There will be a selection of a Utility Service Group for Surface Preparation, Priming, Painting and Miscellaneous Welding Work on the Lime and Soda Ash Silos.Webster City City Council members will consider the purchase of a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500-4WD Double Cab to replace the 2002 Chevrolet vehicle from Karl Chevrolet for the Webster City Water Treatment Plant. The purchase of two 1-ton 4×4 Utility trucks equipped for the Webster City Line Department. Following Monday’s open council meeting, there will be a closed session to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent.
