An election of a chairperson and vice-chairperson for 2025 will be on this Wednesday evening’s agenda for the Hamilton County Solid Waste Commission. There will also be an election of a secretary-treasurer, and for two representatives and two alternate representatives to the North Central Iowa Regional Solid Waste Agency Executive Board. A 2024 Wage Declaration will be presented to the board and approve quotes for the purchase of a trailer, new scale house windows and for a fall protection catwalk plus other matters. The meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. in the Hamilton County Landfill transfer station conference room northwest of Kamrar.
