Mildred Marguerite (McAllister) Sigmund, 99, of Northridge Village, Ames, died on Saturday. August 31, 2024. Visitation will be Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home in Boone. Funeral services will be Monday, September 9, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Stanhope Parish Church in Stanhope, with Pastor Justin Crocheck officiating. Interment will be in Squire Boone Cemetery southeast of Boone following the funeral service. A brunch will be served at 9:00 a.m. Monday prior to the service.
