Kate Koop, 77, of Webster City died Sunday, August 25, 2024 at Van Diest Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at First Presbyterian Church of Kamrar. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with the services.
