The South Hamilton Hawks softball team returned to action on Monday night, as they hosted the PCM Mustangs in Heart of Iowa Conference action at South Hamilton High School in Jewell. South Hamilton entered at 4-5, while PCM entered at 6-1.
After a scoreless 1st, PCM took a 1-0 lead in the 2nd, before slowing building their lead as the game progressed. The Mustangs put up 3 runs in the 4th, 2 runs in the 6th and 3 runs in the 7th to cap off a 9-0 victory.
South Hamilton stats were not available on Bound as of Tuesday morning. South Hamilton returns to action Tuesday night, as they host the Ballard Bombers in non-conference action.
