The Webster City City Council’s first meeting for June will be this Monday evening at 6:00 in the city council chambers. The agenda for Monday’s meeting includes adopting the budget amendment for the Fiscal Year ending June 30,2024. The date of June 17 will be set for a public hearing pertaining to the disposal of city-owned property in Brewer Creeks Sixth Addition. A resolution establishing a Meter Inconvenience Fee will be considered. There will be resolutions looked at for the financing of proposed projects to be undertaken by the city of Webster City establishng compliance with reimbursement bond regulations under the Internal Revenue Code for the two phases of the Fair Meadow Drive Project. The city council will discuss a resolution authorizing the execution of a Deferred Loan Agreement Documents related to the partial rehabilitation of 608 Second Street with local initiative for Transformation-WC,Incorporated, an Iowa Nonprofit Corporation. There will be the consideration of a resolution authorizing the city manager to award a bid for the purchase of a new Pierce Enforcer Top Mount Pumper from Reliant Fire Appartus,Incorporated through Sourcewell,for the Webster City Fire Department plus other matters. There will also be appointments to various boards and commissions at the meeting.
