The Clarion-Goldfield-Dows baseball team returned to action on Wednesday night, as they made the drive east on Highway 3 into Franklin County to take on the Bulldogs of Hampton-Dumont-CAL in North Central Conference action in Hampton. CGD entered at 2-2, while HD-CAL entered at 0-7.
