Members of the Williams city council will meet at the Williams Public Library conference room this Monday evening, December 11 at 6:00p.m. The council will have the swearing in of newly elected city officials, have the third and final reading of an ordinance as it pertains to changing provisions on urban fowl , accept the 2022-23 annual financial report and discuss the right of way tree ordinance.
