“Diary of Anne Frank” reading set for this Sunday afternoon,October 29th at 3:00 at the WCCT.

The five wonderful werewolves who occupied the Webster City Community Theater this weekend for “Who Needs a Full Moon”
have departed the premises after four performances. Next up for the WCCT is a drama coming this February. The Diary of Anne Frank” is the next Readers Theatre choice at Webster City Community Theatre. Anyone interested in learning about the script and characters is invited to join them for the script reading on Sunday, October 29, at 3 pm at the theatre, 1001 Willson Avenue.
This powerful drama is about Anne Frank, a young Jewish girl, who confronts her changing life and the fears she, her family, and four others face as they hide from the Nazis. Her diary is a record of their lives during their two years in the secret annex in Amsterdam during WWII.

Auditions for this show will be held December 10-11 for the roles of 2 teen females, 1 teen male, 3 adult females, and 4 adult males. The show dates are February 2-4 and 9-11, 2024.
