The Webster City city council is set to meet this Monday evening,June 19 at 6:00 in the city council chambers on Second Street. There will be two public hearings on this Monday’s agenda. One is pertaining to permit and plan review fees for the city. The second hearing is for the first reading for the sale of lots in the Brewer Creek Estates 6th Addition between the city of Webster City and Ridge Development LLC. There will be the third and final reading pertaining automated traffic enforcement devices in Webster City. The council will look at a resolution authorizing cigarette/tobacco/ nicotine and vapor permits for the 2023-24 year. There will be a change order to be signed by the mayor with Williams and Company for the fees to perform for Webster City’s 2023 audit. Appointments to the Webster City Plannning and Zoning Commission and Airport Commission for four year terms will be made by the council at Monday’s council session.
There will be a closed session of the Webster City city council to discuss the purchase of sale of particular real estate in the city and to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent. The Webster City city council meeting will be streamed on the Webster City Facebook page and the ZOOM conference system.
