The first meeting of 2023 of the Webster City Community School Board will be this Monday evening,January 9 at 6:00 at the school office at 820 Des Moines Street. One of the highlights of Monday’s meeting is a presentation by Danyell Artley on Hamilton High, the alternative high school. The board will consider the approval of early retirement applications from staff, approve the district technology plan budget, accept gifts to the district,approve a fund raising request and hold the final reading on board policy series 300 Administration. In personnel matters, the board will accept the resignation of Beth Morgan as a high school FCS teacher and the recommendations of Allison McCollough as a preschool paraeducator and Nick Stueland as a high school paraeducator. Superintendent Mandy Ross will present her report plus other matters.
