Webster City’s ghosts and goblins could be trick or treating on the last Saturday evening in October.

The next meeting of the Webster City city council is set for Monday evening at 6:00 in the council chambers. The agenda for Monday’s meeting includes the discussion of a resolution designation the date and hours for the observance of door to door “Trick or Treating” in residential neighborhoods on the last Saturday in October from 5:30 until 8:00 p.m..
