The Hamilton County Peace Officers Association presented its 2021 citizenship award on Thursday night to Kevin Rose and Rod Hicok. Both are members in the association. They are actively in a number of projects including the “Pack the Paddy Wagon” food drive each fall and golf event at Briggs Woods Golf Course in the summer
