Webster City Lynx senior athlete Jamin Stuhr committed to play football at Dordt University earlier this week. Stuhr, who was named the Class 4A, District 1 Defensive Lineman of the Year, tallied 33 tackles on the season, 24 of them being solo, and led the team with 12 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.
Stuhr will join a Dordt program that just completed another .500+ season in the NAIA ranks, but just barely missed the playoffs with a 7-3 record. The Defenders losses included their season opener against Midland University, and two late-season playoff losses to playoff qualifiers in Morningside and Northwestern College.
