Webster City dominates football All-District Honors

The Webster City Lynx football season ended with an 8-3 record, a district title and a playoff win in 2021. The Lynx saw many star individuals perform at a high-level in 2021, and the all-district honors reflected that.

CJ Hisler was named the District’s Offensive MVP, while Jaxon Cherry was named the Defensive MVP. Jamin Stuhr took home honors as defensive lineman of the year, while Truman Klein was Co-Offensive Lineman of the year. JJ Moore was named the district’s Co-Punter of the Year.

The 1st-team was littered with Lynx talent, as CJ Hisler was 1st-team running back, Truman Klein and Beau Klaver were 1st-team offensive line. Connor Hanson and Jamin Stuhr were 1st-team defensive line, Jaxon Cherry was 1st-team linebacker, Devon Stoakes was a first-team defensive back and Evan Estlund was a 1st-team athlete.

Ty McKinney headlined the 2nd-team for the Lynx as an athlete, while Ben Auderer was a 2nd-team offensive linemen. Offensive Lineman Cody Kolbeck and Linebackers Keegan Hisler and Charlie Stansfield were garnered honorable mention honors.
