The Webster City Fire Department responded to a small dumpster fire at 6:53 Friday morning in the 800 block of First Street. Webster City fire chief Chuck Stansfield said when fire fighters arrived they found smoke and flames showing from a small dumpster in the back of a driveway. The fire department used an extinguisher to fight the flames. The department also quickly pulled a hand line to put out the fire. There were no injuries and no property damage Cause behind the fire is undetermined as most materials were destroyed in the fire.
