Storm damage reported near Jewell in Wednesday night storm.

Severe weather hit parts of Iowa Wednesday night with reports of funnel clouds in Carroll County. Damage was reported in the town of Halbur with power lines down. An overturned camper was also reported with the damage caused by the high winds. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a machine shed roof and doors blown off as a result of the storm. A severe thunderstorm warning was issued for parts of Pocahontas, Humboldt and Webster Counties on Wednesday night. The only storm report in Hamilton County were downed power lines and poles on Highway 69 south of Jewell. There were no injuries reported in any of the storm.
